Paying over the phone

For customers who prefer to pay over the phone, we have partnered with BT SafePay to offer a 24/7 telephone payment service – the first of its kind for online accommodation booking!

The call is fully-automated, so there’s no chance of anyone on the other end writing down your card details. Your payment will be securely processed while you’re on the line, and you will receive immediate confirmation from the website, both onscreen and in the form of an email.

Paying with PayPal

Internet-savvy customers will be familiar with the secure payment options offered by PayPal, but you may not know that you can also use your PayPal account to book accommodation! Just look out for the PayPal logo while booking.

McAfee Secure

Internet and computer security company McAfee tests this website’s security daily. Look out for today’s date on the McAfee Secure seal to confirm the website has passed all security tests for the day.

MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa

If you are a MasterCard or Visa customer, you may already have enrolled your card in the relevant security program with your bank. You would have been asked to set up a password, which you are asked for each time you use your card online.

Our website supports these programs, and you will be prompted by your bank for your password if you have chosen to use your Visa or MasterCard to book your stay. So please be sure to have your password ready!
