Laid back, informal, basic but clean facilities, provision of breakfast items was excellent, as was the lounge/kitchen and terrace area.
Dislikes:
I would prefer to not have to leave the room to use the toilet, so more ensuite rooms would be better.
It can also be quite noisy-hearing other room doors opening and closing
