Rectory Farm Annexe provides self contained bed and breakfast accommodation in South Lincolnshire.
The Accommodation comprises - 2 large singles or King Size Double bed with own bathroom (Walk-in Shower) and Sitting room - complete with free WIFI and flat screen TV.
We Provide a travel cot for people with babies of that age, we can also provide a bed for older children to go into the sitting room on request - this will be charged at £30 per night.
Rectory Farm Annexe is situated in the courtyard of Rectory Farm a listed building dating from 15th Century in the Village of Castle Bytham.
Castle Bytham is a small, friendly village set in idyllic surroundings situated approximately 4 miles east of the A1. This ancient conservation village is steeped in history, with artefacts dating back to Roman times. There is a village store, two pubs/restaurants. The Village is ideally situated for both business and pleasure.
Castle Bytham is within easy reach of the following towns and cities - Stamford, Oakham, Grantham (10-15minutes) Peterborough (20mins) Cambridge and Nottingham (45mins)

Either come off the A1 or go underneath it at the South Witham, Castle Bytham Turning - 200yds south of the OK diner.
c5 miles south of Colsterworth
Follow road into Castle Bytham
Take first turning on the left at the bottom of the hill after the village sign, Water Lane
Follow Road to T Junction turn left into Glen Road. You will pass a large stone barn on your right (this is us)
Turn Right into Counthorpe Lane and immediately right inbetween barns.
Roadfrom South(20.0 miles)
Take B668 off A1 or from Oakham Direction Go under A1 towards Clipsham
Follow the road all the way into Castle Bytham
At the Cross roads turn left into the village
On entering the village take the first right down the hill signposted to Swayfield (if you pass the pubs you have gone too far)
Past the duck pond on your left
Past a large stone barn on your right (this is us)
Turn Right into Counthorpe lane and immediately right in between barn and lean-to.
