Our Premier King room is named after the Rutland village of Cottesmore. Your room is on the second floor in the eaves which provides a cosy and tranquil space with exposed beams. You will have both a handheld shower and a bath. Being an authentic Coach House, very tall guests may prefer a room on the first floor but Cottesmore is one of our most-loved rooms and is often specially requested. Cottesmore has a brand new carpet, large flat screen TV, and a wonderfully soft and comfortable low sleigh bed. There is complimentary water for your arrival, tea and coffee with fresh milk, and free WiFi; although there is good 4G, being at the top of building and at one of the highest points in the village.

Our Superking rooms are named after the Rutland villages of Morcott and TInwell. Both are on the first floor and have desks and a wardrobe or cupboard, and very good head height. You will have a high-quality shower with good water pressure. Being an authentic Coach House, each of our rooms has quirks so in Morcott we have a small and deep window, but this helps keep the room cool and cosy; and in Tinwell we have an ante-room for extra storage, and the room can be adjoining with Langam by prior arrangement. Tinwell is in the front of the building so is light and airy. In each room there is a flat screen TV, and a twin or superking divan bed which gives a slightly higher and firmer sleep than our kingsize sleigh beds. There is complimentary water for your arrival, tea and coffee with fresh milk, and choice of three strong and free WiFi connections throughout the building, with one specifically serving the first floor accommodation.

Our Premier Superking room is named after the two Rutland villages of South and North Luffenham. Your room is on the second floor in the eaves which provides surprisingly spacious and tranquil accommodation with exposed beams. You will have both a handheld shower and a bath. Being an authentic Coach House, very tall guests may prefer a room on the first floor but Luffenham is delightful room with good storage, which makes it great choice for a longer stay. Luffenham has a brand new carpet, flat screen TV, and a higher divan bed which gives good support but with a comfy mattress. There is complimentary water for your arrival, tea and coffee with fresh milk, and free WiFi; although there is good 4G, being at the top of building and at one of the highest points in the village.

Being an authentic Coach House, each of our rooms has quirks so in Exton we have a high window, but this helps keep the room cool and cosy; and in Langham the en-suite is quite narrow, but in the bedroom there is great light and it is spacious and airy. The Coach House Inn Information
Description
Located Just 5 Minutes away from Rutland Water, and 10 minutes to the market towns of Stamford and Oakham we offer a great base for a relaxing retreat in the beautiful county of Rutland. For our business customers we are just 1 minute away from the A47 with transport links to Leicester or Peterborough and 5 1/2 Miles to the A1 for National Links. We have a fully stocked bar open from 12-10pm weekdays and to 11pm Friday and Saturday, 9pm on Sundays serving several local Rutland ales and gins; and a well-established and popular restaurant featuring steak, seafood, and delicious a la carte dishes. The Coach House was built in the mid 1800's and our accommodation has some lovely quirks and features. The top floor rooms are in the eaves where we offer en-suite bathrooms with showerheads along with exposed beams and low windows. The first floor rooms have en-suite showers, and all rooms have with a flat screen TV, tea and coffee facilities, and a range of quality beds and mattresses. King sized rooms have lower sleigh-type beds with a softer feel, whilst the superking/twin beds have a firmer feel as the mattresses are set on higher divans. Our single room has a brand new "large single" bed with a firmer and higher sleigh-type bedframe than our king size rooms. Once you have checked in and refreshed with complimentary bottled water, or tea and coffee with fresh milk, you can join us in our popular restaurant for dinner seven nights a week. And finally, in the morning we offer a scumptious Full English breakfast with local bacon, and an increasing range of menu options including vegetarian and vegan options, and smoked salmon. Please do call ahead if there is something specific you would like Chef to prepare. It's our pleasure to serve you, and we look forward to your visit.
Multum in Parvo! Emma runs The Coach House Inn with one main goal in mind - to delight customers at every opportunity. With Chef Bence's experience in fine food and Michelin training, there is a real emphasis on great food to complement this beautiful and traditional old coaching house. There is a lovely community served by the pub and restaurant, and this delivers a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests. Set in the small but beautifully-formed village of South Luffenham, The Coach House Inn is a lovely retreat, and well-placed base for travels around the quite spectacular county of Rutland. The rooms are unique and quaint, with period features as you would expect from an 18th Century building converted many years ago to offer cosy accommodation to weary travellers.

Accessibility
Please note that none of our rooms are on ground level and there is no lift on the premises. We do have spacious accommodation on the first floor which is up one flight of stairs and assistance will be given if required. The Coach House was literally a barn for the storage of coaches and horses overnight. This means that all of our rooms have their design quirks so if you have mobility needs please do call to ensure that you are assigned the best room to meet your needs.
