The curtains were covered in dust, the bathroom shelf was unusable as it hung at 45 degrees and the window frames were black with mould around the edges . You can see that in its day this B & B has been of quality but is in need of some tlc. Read less
Likes: The staff were friendly and helpful which makes the criticism difficult but with a good clean, paintbrush and screwdriver this would be a really good place to stay.

My wife and I spent two nights at this guest house in October and found the accommodation and service not up to what we were expecting. The guest house has the feeling that it is desperately in need of a coat of paint and the services of a maintenance man. Although I will mention lots of problems and niggles which individually would not be too much of a problem but because of the number of them became very annoying. Read less
Likes: Edinburgh is a great place which we really enjoyed
Dislikes: The bedroom at first glance appears to be very nice, but on closer examination, all is not well. Lots of things do not work and room in great need of decoration.
