we really enjoyed staying in Cruachan Guest House, the place itself is only a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Belfast, the breakfast was really enjoyable and the room whilst old fashioned in style was very clean and comfortable. there are tea coffee and biscuits on arrival and breakfast is very generous. the owners are very knowledgeable about the city and give great directions and information about where to go. Lorna / Laura (sorry not certain of this lady's first name), is obvously trying hard and provides a good breakfast. Sites and theatre (conveniently close to guest house) good.
Dislikes:
Very small point, but the option of brown /wholemeal toast for breakfast would have been good.

Dislikes:
We were aware of that one room shared facilities, but not that we had to go one floor down.
That bathroom was not so fresh as the one ensuite.
