Have you ever wanted to stay in Fawlty Towers? Well it's a dream come true here! The floors are so wonky I walked into the bathroom doorpost 3 times & when I put my drink on the bedside table it reassembled the leaning tower of Pisa! The bathroom door didn't shut until we realised that we needed to reattach it to its hinges, the room was like a furnace despite turning off radiator when we arrived, the bath was lined with black hair (we are all blonde) I have many more pints but they won't fit! Read less

Bed banged against wall when anyone moved despite fact that we pulled in at least 15 cm away & it was so hot!

The Kinmel Hotel is a superb independant family run hotel, offering excellent value for money. We pride ourselves on the home from home atmosphere, together with the personal touches. The hotel occupies a prime position in Llandudno, overlooking the sea and from the rear of the hotel there are beautiful views of the Snowdonia mountain range.
We have 27 bedrooms, all ensuite with little extras afforded to each room and a free car park located to the rear of the hotel alleviates the stresses of trying to find somewhere to park.
The Kinmel hotel has an excellent location and is ideally situated for walking, cycling, fishing, golfing, sailing, dry slope skiing, horse riding, swimming and many other activities. Within the local area, guests are able to visit the Great Orme, via Tram or Cable Car and whilst up there, why not take in the Bronze Age Copper Mines. A toboggan, together with a Dry Ski Slope can be found in Happy Valley. Or why not enjoy a trip down to Snowdon, the views are breathtaking and on a sunny day a trip to the summit is a must. Returning back via Betws-y-coed is a journey worth taking.
We are able to take group bookings of up to 60 people and will organise your trip for you if you would like to take the stress out of booking your trip. There is plenty to do in and around Llandudno and we look forward to welcoming you to our home. A perfect place to relax, the Kinmel is open all year round and offers special winter and summer breaks.
