On arrival staff in reception were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were comfortable, but the carpet was very worn and should never have been fitted in bathroom, as the smell of urine was discusting… Read more

On arrival staff in reception were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were comfortable, but the carpet was very worn and should never have been fitted in bathroom, as the smell of urine was discusting, for hygenic reasons the floor should be of a surface that can be washed on a daily basis. Breakfast was nice, but felt very intimidated to have the chef standing over me just giving me one piece of bacon, also did not like having to make my own toast. The tea was never hot. Read less

Dislikes: carpets in bathroom {not hygenic]making own toast, teapot on tables before you entered the dining room, dado rails and skirting full of fluff
