The Clifton Grove is a grade 2 listed building built in the 19th century by the Admiralty for their Captain's families. Ideally situated between Torquay Harbour and Babbacombe Downs home of the clifftop railway. We are just 10 minutes stroll to the harbour, seafront and the towns many other attractions.To offer more flexibility and value for money, our rooms are offered on a room only basis with the option to add breakfast if you wish. WE DO NOT SUPPLY PARKING OR WIFI.

It was very quiet and the owners were very friendly. It's very close to all the shops with only a five min walk. Everything was clean and tidy and just what we wanted.

Our family run licensed hotel is open all year round . We offer a friendly relaxed atmosphere for couples, families and the business traveller.The hotel has a range of bedrooms from singles to family rooms all furnished to a high standard.

All bedrooms are equipped with colour television, hairdryers, alarm clock, and tea and coffee making facilities.You are welcome to relax with a drink in our residents bar ( on request during winter opening)

Our Breakfast menu consists of choice of cereal, toast, fruit juice and a full English breakfast at individual tables in our attractive Dining Room. To offer more flexibility and value for money, our rooms are offered on a room only basis with the option to add breakfast if you wish at £5.00 per person per day.
