on arrival at 3pm, entered our "room" my party was 2 adults& 2 teenage children. someones open suitcases left on the beds,beds were made but sheets were not clean, someones personel stuff left all over the room, fridge full of someones stuff,this room was not ready for us,receptionist proceeded to pack up the cases & remove the cases from the room with us watching! when we complained she rang the manager who asked us to stay which we refused to do.
