The property is situated on a slight uphill incline. Parking spaces are in front of the house and there is a small step to get into the house. The ground floor is all one level, there is a small step through into the conservatory and a larger step out into the garden. A bannister handrail is found to one side of the stairs and the stairs go around a bend.
No other handrails are fitted throughout the property.
