If you arrive late at night it can be tricky to find, once you find the 3 garages away from the mews its easy to park. If you arrive after dark you will find small torches in the box where the key is
this cottage is perfect for a couple or young family, great location and very comfortable surroundings. Doubt anyone would be disappointed in this cottage

Cosy Cottage in heart of Devon

Excellent facilities and a real home from home in cosy cottage in South Hams, Devon. Fully equipped to make any stay easy. Good location to explore the River Dart and its charming villages. Plenty to do nearby from river boats to steam trains. Read more

Liked the cleanliness of each room and the milk and bread on arrival was very welcome. The cottage is fully equipped and it felt like home.
Only that there was no instructions about recycling.

Location, location, location!!!

Cosy cottage, all amenities home from home - thoughtful inclusion of tea, fresh milk and bread for our arrival- much appreciated.
We loved being so close to the heart of Totnes in our private and warm cottage Read more

The charming cottage, the people we encountered, the town, the landscape, near the coast - what's not to like?
Nothing to do with the cottage - weather was grim - church bells kept us all awake the first 3 nights!

Ideally situated and had everything we wanted

We stayed for a week to have a break before the rush of Christmas. We toured around the area - winter bird life on the empty beaches at places like South Milton - the house and garden at Coleton Fishacre worth a look even in December. Shopping in Totnes was a joy so we didn't fit in a planned shopping trip to Exeter. Priory Cottage is in the middle of town but still provides an undisturbed retreat that is very easy to get to when you discover the back ways which are relatively traffic free. Read more

We had everything we needed on hand so we relaxed from day 1 and certainly hope to repeat the experience.
A meal at nearby La Fourchette was disappointing.
