This spacious double room has a high quality ensuite with toilet, power shower, and hand basin. It has a comfortable double bed and a fold up bed is available for children. There is a flat screen TV, digital radio, free Wifi and tea and coffee making facilities. Books and magazines are available. You can sit at the table in the large bay windows and work or enjoy a book. There is excellent storage room and an aspidistra whom will be 100 years old in 2014.
A comfortable and quiet double bedroom. An extremely good mattress will contribute to a great nights sleep. A fold up bed is availible for childern. The room has two armchairs where you can relax and read from the extensive library. The shared toilet is just next door, and a walk in bath or shower is available in the shared bathroom. The room has a garden view from its window.
A peaceful night's sleep in a friendly Victorian family home. We have comfortable beds, a lovely garden, and offer great home cooked meals. Children welcomed. Parking is currently difficult due to roadworks.
If you are travelling on business you can work peacefully, without interruption. Free Wifi is available, printing, photocopying.

Fantastic transport links to Central London, West End, Docklands, and main line stations. Easy reach of London’s unique cultural and tourist attractions; museums, galleries, theatres and West End shopping. Parking is currently difficult due to roadworks.
We are one mile from Olympic Park and the fabulous shops, restaurants, cinema and casino at Westfield Stratford. The local cultural quarter includes the ground-breaking historic Theatre Royal Stratford East.There are parks with play areas and Wanstead Flats (part of Epping Forest) within easy walking distance. Local shops include banks, post office,pharmacy, grocery and off-licence and a small eccentric Saturday market. Green Street, the famous Asian shopping street, is in walking distance. A faboulous place for buying fabric, Asian jewellery, bridal wear, vegetarian Bangladeshi restaurants.
Full breakfast is included; evening meals by arrangement. We happily cater for a range of dietary needs including gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, vegan and meat/fish eaters.
You are welcome to relax in our lovely garden or in the conservatory, and to smoke in the garden (but not in the house).

The house has shallow steps at the front entrance, a stair-lift to the first floor and three steps up to the bedroom. There are grab-rails through corridors and in the en-suite (where there is a step up to the shower). There is a walk in bath in the shared facilities.There are shallow steps into the garden. Trainfrom Forest Gate Station(0.25 miles)
Come out of the station and turn right, walk down the small hill to the first turning on your right. This is Earlham Grove.Stay on the right side of the road and walk up till you get to 153. We are easy to recognise as we have a hedging arch over our driveway
Trainfrom Stratford Station(1.0 miles)
At Stratford Station take the overland line in the direction of Shenfield. Make sure this is a stopping train. It is just two stops. The first stop is Maryland Point and the next is Forest Gate Station. Get off at Forest Gate, come out of the station and turn right. Walk down the small hill till you get to the first street. Turn right into Earlham Grove, stay on the right and walk up until you reach 153. You can easily recognise this as we have a hedge arch over the driveway.
