value for money although updating required

a decent sized room on the first floor with sea views.could do with the furniture (especially the beds) renewing and a lick of fresh paint. offered fresh towels and a top up of tea coffee etc each day. breakfast was quick and adequate considering there was only one waitress serving while we were there. car parking was available on the front but doubt there would have been enough spaces if the hotel had been full. overall, pleasntly surprised after reading so many negative comments about this hotel before we arrived. could not argue that they offred good value for the price paid.

Cancelled room

I booked this hotel and when I arrived at this place I was told that they had to cancel my room due to a leek in the roof. So I had to find somewhere else to stay. Only critism would be the bed/mattress needs to be replaced for better quality

We stayed 4 nights the room was what was expected for price paid, would of had better experience if bed would of been more comfortable. Breakfast was good with reasonable times available. Some staff need an attitude check (young lady serving toast) otherwise the staff were very friendly especially the bar man, he gave some good advice in regards to places to visit etc. Read more

The children were welcomed and enjoyed the evening playing pool etc, the room was very reasonable for the cost, The links to the tram is fab, links to fleet wood, wifi and parking is a massive benefit
Dislikes?
Door leading the the lift was never opened as signage on dor stated 7.30am, which meant I had to use the stairs, suffering from artheriitis it's not great up all the stairs. The bed was so lumpy.

Awful.

Stayed in blackpool for 2 nights at a different hotel but decided to extend our stay by another night. Was unable to stay where we were so thought we would give this place a try as it wasn't a long stay. For the price we were not expecting anything amazing. We just wanted a clean bed for the night. We decided to cut our stay short and left that night instead of sleep in the rooms we were given. The whole place was dirty and damp. Read more

You get what you pay for

I was travelling to Blackpool with intention of spending as little time in the Hotel as possible. For the price you get a single en-suite room and amenities (TV, Tea/Coffee etc) and breakfast ….if you are expecting a service the likes of the hotel Radisson, or if you are planning on spending the majority of your stay in the hotel, then you may find it lacking, but for the price and for the purpose of my stay the Broadway Hotel suited me to the ground. Cheap & cheerful hotel

Arrived at the hotel to find limited parking. Then had to wait 15 minutes to get checked in. Then we (me & my 6 year old son) got stuck in the lift for about 5 minutes. Not a great start. However arrived at the room and it was very nice. We had a fantastic seaview &
sights of the big Pepsi max coaster. There was plenty of towels, soap etc. Despite our arrival issues, it is a nice hotel & we would stop again. The location is perfect for those wishing to visit the pleasure beach. Read more
