Hi, stayed for 2 days in a typical Blackpool b & b, it was clean and tidy. The room was a bit small for the 4 of us, but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner Anthony and his little helper made us laugh a lot. They were very attentive and actually interested in what we were up to. They couldn't do enough for you. It was value for money and a giggle at the same time. Anthony, i will always remember the quote 'what yer doing here then'!!! funny!! I would 100% recommend it, xxxxxxxx Read more

Mangagement response - you didnt book an ensuite you booked this room which clearly states this at time of booking. If information had been read you would have realised this. Thank you.
very comfortable beds although the en-suite was to small and the pictures on the internet did not tally with the room decor. Read more
Management response - We have changed the bedroom carpets in that room as it was just wear and tear of other guests using that room, and i cant see why the pictures on the internet dont match the room as we are as honest as we can be, when it comes to bookings done over the internet, as you can see by the majority of our other reviews everyone else is happy enough. Thank you .

Nice friendly greeting from young lady manager ( the owners were away on holiday)with a welcome cup of coffee in the lounge.
Room was cold, no heating on. Although the room was a little dated, it was reasonably clean, except for a 'body odour' around the sofa bed and sink.
Seperate shower room, within the bedroom, toilet down the hall, would be better the other way around. The double bed was very uncomfortable, hard and lumpy. Overall, you get what you pay for, its a budget Blackpool B&B. Read more
The couple booked a standard double room with a shared bathroom which is clearly stated before booking. We upgraded them free of charge to this room and were shown it before going in there. They replied its lovely and clean. The central heating is on a lot throughout the day but if they came to us with any issues or problems we would have done our very best to sort it out for them. We have had nothing but lovely comments from other guests about this room and never had any complaints.
