The Hotel Bar is roomy with a large choice of drinks.
There is also a Pool table and dart board and seating / reading area.

My daughter and I stayed for a couple of nights for a short break, the hotel is slightly tired in places but clean. We had a twin bed en-suite room that had a tv (free to use) and a kettle with tea, coffee and milk, towels were provided too. Hand wash & shower gel in bathroom. Breakfast was excellent - coffee machine, tea, fruit juice, cereals toast & full english cooked breakfast (vegetarian version offered too). The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. On arrival with 3 kids and a pram to be told we're on the second floor...no lift so had to struggle up the stairs. The room itself was cold, it smelled and decor very dated. The decor didn't bother me that much as I wasn't expecting high quality. But the smell lingered throughout the hotel. Couldn't quite figure out what it was? A member if staff did turn up to the room with a plug in heater an said the boiler wasn't working and that's why the heating was off. Still not good enough for families. Read more

Staff were friendly and helpful. One, carried out bags from the car and even went to to shop to fetch some crisps.
Breakfast was a good Full English.
A few things could easily be changed to make this B&B better, like new towels, a good clean etc..
Wasn't too disappointed as it is Blackpool after all and all the B&Bs are the same here Read more

We staid here over night for the illuminations, myself, husband and son (4) the rooms was basic. The whole place felt like it needed a lick of paint generally a bit of attention, and maybe new mattresses and bedding.
The breakfast was lovely although canned mushrooms were a let down. The staff were all friendly and keen to help which we liked.
Over all for one night it met our needs. Read more
The staff were very friendly, firstly greeted by a very dirty stair case that could of done with a hoover and wash if not ripped out. The room was clean but in much need of a refurb which they are now closing and planning to do. I would advise not to be on the first floor as I was kept awake till 12.30 by the sound of the pool table and people talking in there. The bar area was nice and reasonably priced with games offered for children. The breakfast was really nice we all enjoyed it. Read more

I stayed two night with two of my grandchildren. The room was in the top floor (oh no - all those stairs) however the owners could not have been nicer or more polite. The staff at breakfast were also very helpful, friendly and polite. Handy for pleasure beach as well so the girls were delighted. Downside - old sweet wrappers behind toilet and just under edge of bed. Lots of mould in bathroom which could do with cleaning off however for what we paid for a two night stay good value. Read more

On arrival , the greeting was warm and friendly. The room was on the top floor, up a very steep staircase, and with a 3 year old, was quite daunting. The room was adequate, with 4 single beds. It was clean and had plenty of tea and coffee. We found car parking at a nearby hotel for 24 hours. The problems started at 2am in the morning, when a party of females returned from their night out. They were "F" ing and blinding, slamming doors and going from room to room.It stopped @ 4am. Read more
