If you are ever staying in Edinburgh, make sure to go to the Cameron Bed and Breakfast!!

Wendy is possiblely the greatest host I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! Due to missed directions, on my part, and a extremely tired brain, I ended up at the Cameron almost 5 hours early of my check in time. Wendy rushed around, got my room ready, and allowed me to check in early! And did not charge me any extra!!! Room was spotless, charmingly decorated, and bed extremely comfortable. I had the Full Scottish Breakfast every day, which was cooked to perfection! Read more

It's Not Just a Room...

We arrived ready to start our Scotland vacation. I found this Bed and Breakfast and thought it was cute, a good value for the money, good location. What I found was a family run business with a heart. It feels homey and Wendy (and her amazing family) go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Above and beyond. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is not just yummy but looks appetizing, and the location is perfect. You can't go wrong with this place. Read more

I loved everything about it. I had a family emergency back in the States and had to go. My family stayed on for a bit longer and Wendy and her family were incredibly kind to us all the way.

Lovely b&b

We really enjoyed our stay here. Wendy the host was wonderful, showing us around the b&b and our room, then with suggestions for places to visit and eat. It is a short bus ride from town and a two min. Walk from the bus stop. The rooms are decorated tastefully and the breakfast was good and plenty of it. Read more

A wonderful short stay, in a very comfortable and charming place, with a welcoming host.

I stayed for 4 nights during the week while I searched for permanent accomodation for my remaining time in Edinburgh. The room was very clean and comfortable. Wendy was a very welcoming host, and gave me good recommendations of places to visit and shop in Edinburgh. Breakfast had a wide selection and was very tasty and healthy. The B&B was well located in a quiet part of the city, while still close to a shopping center and supermarket. Read more

The B&B is a good choice and an excellent alternative to a big, unfriendly hotel.

The lady of the house, Wendy, was an extremely courteous host sparing no effort in making my stay a very friendly, comfortable, no-bother visit. Breakfast was set promptly at the time I requested. Host was always available in case I needed something. Very flexible. Read more

Service and attention with a smile

A very pleasant stay at this hotel, we were shown a choice of leaflets of the tourist attractions that were on offer. Wendy advised us that the Royal Yacht would be best as we were going to see that and that we would get the admission fee reduced. It was a whirlwind of a trip but we will be back again for two days days next time (needless to say that we will be coming back) where else but the Cameron. Breakfast was lovely and the best of all was fresh coffee that had been made. Read more
