good accomadation

Had a good stay, but thought the local lanes to drive through a little scary at times as quite narrow. Lots to see if you want Castles, and lovely country side. Did stay in August so expect the local pubs to be a bit busier than usual. Read more

For me but this is personal, I felt everywhere seemed a long way to reach, so sat in the car traveling a lot to see sights was tiring.

We were welcomed warmly and taken to a comfortable room with an amazing view view over the Northumberland countryside. We slept extremely well and the breakfasts were 5 star. Beautiful location and a most memorable visit

We enjoyed a wonderful 1 night stay the night before a triathlon event at Bamburgh Castle. The location and farmhouse are spectacular, with our room facing views of the surounding countryside and Cheviot Hills. Spacious farmhouse convenient for Northumbrian country and coast
