very comfortable stay, with lovely personal touches, and a great welcome.

We stayed for 2nights and loved our room at the top of the house. We had a huge bathroom, with great bath and shower, a pretty sitting area and very comfy beds. we liked the extra touches like a flask of fresh milk left instead of the milk cartons and a jar of haribos on the tea tray! Traditional charm

From the moment we drove under the lantern arch next to the church, the charm of the gracious old rectory was apparent: A house of classic proportions with a view across the lawns to the sea and to Wales beyond. The owners could not have been more welcoming, and made us feel more like guests at a house party. Our bedroom was large and spotless with an adjoining bathroom almost as generous. The television might have been small, but we prefer a room with minimal technological intrusion anyway. Read more

A classic house in a delightful setting with an attention to detail and welcome.

Upon entering the reception we were met by the owner Tony and after brief introductions were shown our room and welcomed to take tea in the conservatory. After asking what time we would like breakfast which was very good I asked about the local restaurants for the evening and was recommended one nearbye and Tony booked the table for us we were not dissapointed. It is nice when you can rely on their recommendation as I would be more than happy to recommend this lovingly cared for hotel. Read more

If I could give a better rating than 'excellent' I would!

After arriving, meeting the hosts and checking out the rooms we went to enjoy the sun in the garden with some drinks. later we went out for the evening and returned around 11, at which point my friend and I decided we'd like to sit in the conservatory with some coffee while the girls went upstairs. the host was very happy for us to do this and even made us some coffee to enjoy whilst we talked! had a great nights sleep and then enjoyed an amazing cooked breakfast in the morning. top notch. A warm welcome

A two night relaxing break. Tony and Jane were friendly and welcoming hosts who judged our needs perfectly and provided very apt advice on what the area had to offer. The bedroom was comfortable spacious and with a stunning view, Tony took pride in providing us with breakfasts to die for!

All that you need with a Personal Touch

My staff was entirely positive from the moment I arrived to the last minute. Help was always at hand with Tony's and Jane's extensive knowledge of the area and good advice of where to eat. The bedroom was very quiet, clean and spacious, giving me a home-like feel. The breakfast was an overall treat to wake up to and have whilst looking at a lovely view of Part of Weston S Mare. Not that I want to, but there is nothing I can fault at this hotel and would definitely go back when I'm in the area. Read more

Its like going to stay with good friends

We stay at Church House when we are in the Weston area and always regret the fact that we are in such a rush. It would be lovely to be able to stay longer (our fault, not Jane and Tony's) as it really is a super spot and they are wonderful welcoming hosts. The breakfast is the best I have had in a B&B in the UK, because there is so much thought goes into providing such a balance of choice. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, and we just look forward to our next visit. Thanks for having us Read more
