We would stay again!

Our taxi was welcomed with a smile and help with bags. Our room was charming, cozy and clean with the perfect bed and well lit and super clean bath. cookies and tea in the room were a treat!
Our breakfast was equal to what we were served at a 5 star stay the following day in Bath.
We enjoyed a morning walk to the river meeting friendly people and their dogs. A short ride/walk to town was simple from the bus stop outside the front door or in a taxi.

Easy, Quiet, Friendly, Tasty

I showed up 4 hours before check-in time and called from the station. Kay agreed to walk a mile and a half back up the hill to let me in early. Breakfast was excellent and Kay took time away from the busy stove to make friendly conversation and give helpful advice about how to get around Salisbury, where to find X, etc., etc. Read more

Fantastc hostess and host

We have been travelling 12 days in UK and slept in different hotels, B&Bs and guesthouses every night. This is the nicest excperience by far. Personal welcoming, good information about the city etc. Our room was above what you excpect from a B&B. Tidy, clean, very delicate furnished etc. The bathroom likewise. Delicsios. Friendly, spacious B&B in a great location

We got two of their three rooms. I am 6'6" (almost 2 meters) tall and a real King size bed is important. They had one in both our rooms and they were the real king size bed not the european standard of pushing two twin beds together. Also, the rooms all had ensuite bathrooms and a TV. Important for me was the ability to open a window. The beds were solid and did not squeak. Read more

Our home has been fully refurbished to a very high standard, converted into a guest house completing the work in 2011. Taylor's Guest House is ideally located just a 20 minute walk to the city centre and its magnificent medieval cathedral and a 15 minute walk to the train station with its direct service to London. We are also situated on one of the city's main bus routes. Taylor's is a non smoking Guest House. Children over 12 years welcome. No pets other than service dogs. Whether travelling for business or for pleasure time spent in the Taylor's Guest House will make your time spent in Salisbury, a time to remember.
