Come and join us at No. 27 Brighton Bed and Breakfast, a stylish yet homely guesthouse, where a warm welcome is always assured. No. 27 Brighton is a small Georgian town house built in the early part of the 19th Century. As inspiration for its interior decoration, we have taken the City’s Regency heritage, seen at its most flamboyant in the Royal Pavilion. Each of our five guest rooms is named after someone or something associated with the Prince Regent, later to become King George IV, who built the Pavilion and first established Brighton as a fashionable seaside resort. We hope that you find it interesting, comfortable and relaxing. Situated in vibrant and diverse Kemp Town our B & B is just 200 meters from the seafront and within a few minutes' walk of all the City’s major attractions, including the Royal Pavilion, Brighton Pier, British Airways i360 and the famous Lanes; No. 27 Brighton is the ideal base for your visit. Brighton is an exciting and cosmopolitan city, and whether you are here for business or pleasure we’re here to make sure that you to get the most from your stay. If you are visiting to celebrate an engagement, wedding, anniversary or some other special occasion, we have a selection of luxurious extras to indulge your every wish and make your stay even more memorable. There is a single guest room on the ground floor Number of floors: 2 accessible via a staircase with hand rails on one side. Anfahrt

  • Straße von London (50,0 Meilen)

    Head south on the M23 until it becomes the A23. Follow the A23 up to the Palace Pier, turn left onto the A259 for Rottingdean and Newhaven. Turn left at the first set of traffic lights, into Lower Rock Gardens. Drive up through the next set of traffic lights. The house is on the left as you drive up the hill at the junction of Edward Street. Or you can turn left when you come to the Royal Pavilion and enter Edward St. at the first set of traffic lights turn into Upper Rock Gardens.


    Parking

    No. 27 Brighton has no private parking.


    The following options are available to guests traveling to Brighton by car:


    1. On street parking around Queens Park (West Drive, Brighton BN2) - This is metered parking about a three minute walk from the bed and breakfast. It costs £5.50 for 24 hours and is paid on a daily basis at parking meters or via text (details by parking bays) or download the PayByPhone App (available on Android, Apple and Blackberry)


    2. On street parking along Freshfields Road, BN2 - This is metered parking about a five minute walk from the bed and breakfast. It costs £5.50 for 24 hours and is paid on a daily basis at parking meters or via text (details by parking bays) or download the PayByPhone App (available on Android, Apple and Blackberry)


    Please Note that at both these locations, the signs appear to say that you can only park for 11 hours. These are the chargeable hours. Parking is free on these streets from 21:00hrs to 09:00hrs.

  • Luft von Gatwick Airport (28,0 Meilen)
    By Rail: There is a direct train service from Gatwick Airport to Brighton Station (approx 30mins). Once at Brighton station you can either take a taxi or walk (approx 20mins) By Car. From the airport head south on the M23 (then A23) towards Brighton. Follow the A23 to Palace Pier, turn left onto the A259 for Rottingdean and Newhaven. Turn left at the first set of traffic lights, into Lower Rock Gardens. Drive up through the next set of traffic lights. The house is on the left hand side.
  • Bus von Brighton Station (1,0 Meilen)
    Take the No.7 bus from outside the station towards Brighton Marina. Get off at the "Rock Gardens" stop. No.27 Brighton is less than 100 meters up the hill on the left hand side, near the junction with Edward Street.
