The Hayloft offers a luxury, self-contained accommodation in a large suite on the first floor of a modern barn conversion. There is only one suite and it is completely private. It is nestled on Grange Farm, a very tranquil spot 2 miles north of Newbury and easily accessed from M4/A34.
Private parking is offered and secure area to store bikes.
The suite is very well equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, TV and DVD player.

Newbury is a charming historic market town home to Newbury Racecourse and many interesting buildings. Thatcham and Hungerford are both on the A4, the Kennet and Avon Canal and the main line station from London. Further afield it is a great place to explore places such as Oxford, Windsor, Winchester to name but a few places within a 30-40 minutes journey.
