Description

Welcome to Carlisle House a newly renovated nine room inn just a short walk from the Annapolis Royal Farmer's Market, The Historic Gardens, Fort Anne, King's Theater , and the center of town! All of the rooms have been updated and the rates include a continental breakfast. The Inn also offers a traditional English afternoon tea in the beautifully appointed dinning room. Come and stay in the "Cradle of our Nation" in a beautiful 150 yr Historic Home and experience where History meets Hospitality. Built in 1886 by a French Sea Captain, Carlisle House boats elegance of yesteryear with the modern convenience of a beautiful country inn. With nine recently renovated bedrooms with their own ensuite , a grand dinning room offering scrumptious breakfast along with afternoon tea.

Teresa Carlisle bought the house in 2018 after it had been on the market for five years and turned it into the Inn it is today. She is a native Torontonian and has spent the majority of her career in hospitality and tourism.
