The Mas des Coudoulières includes a very quiet 2/3-room air-conditioned apartment in the middle of the vineyards, not overlooked and without noise from the owners nearby. 5 minutes from the A9 motorway exit, in a farmhouse classified 4 stars, in the middle of the vineyards, this independent 2/3 rooms with kitchen has 1 large double bed 140 and 1 sofa bed 2 places 160 with mattress 19cm and in the case of a rental for 5 people we open an additional room communicating with 1 bed for 1 person 120 cm. In its 3-room configuration, it can receive a family of 5 people. Beds are made on arrival. Possibility to share the pool and the owner's garden. Pets allowed on request. Possibility of cleaning fee. The swimming pool is shared and open from 15 MAY to 1 OCTOBER. This apartment is not available in July and August. Le Mas des Coudoulières is located in the District of tras Le Puy, at the corner of the Chemin de la Barotte and The Chemin des Cerisiers (2631 chemin des cerisiers). Our closest neighbour is the "Clos des sources" which is bent in ROQUEMAURE.
If you arrive via the A9 motorway,
A9: EXIT ROQUEMAURE. At the stop, turn right. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit and continue towards ROQUEMAURE. On the road, about 3 km, there is a red and white antenna on the left. Take the road to the left (the Chemin de l'escoudoulieres) and cross the bridge of the motorway. After the bridge, 3rd Road on the left, Chemin de la Barotte. The MAS is the first House on the left.
Shops can be found 2 km away in the Centre of ROQUEMAURE, supermarkets in ROQUEMAURE (Intermarché, LIDL), in St Laurent des Arbres (HYPER Casino 4 km). The District of tras Le Puy is located outside the agglomeration and if you like bike rides or horseback riding you will enjoy its paths with very little traffic. Perhaps you will have the chance to cross a herd of sheep.
