Description

Located in Arbanats, Airial de Tourteau Chollet offers five spacious and comfortable bedrooms, four bathrooms (one shared and three en-suite), a garden and its pergola. Free private parking is available on site and Wi-Fi is free of charge. The villa has a convivial kitchen where a fireplace dominates allowing the cooking of grilled meats to share around the large, fully equipped table. It has a living room with fireplace, a stereo and its collection of CDs, its piano and its traditional board games. It also has a dining room with its large round table and its magnificent reception tableware, a home cinema and a laundry room. You can enjoy its library and its French billiards room. Guests can enjoy a sun terrace and barbecue facilities. Guests can also play billiards on site or table football or go hiking in the surroundings.

La propriété date de 1760 et à cette époque on plantait déjà de la vigne derrière l'Airial de Tourteau Chollet. Elle a été acquise en avril 2001. L'Airial a été entièrement restauré en 2017 et classé 5* par l'Office de Tourisme. Nous proposons une visite privée du vignoble et des chais avec dégustation de 2 vins* offerte pour tout séjour de 3 nuitées minimum. (* Exclusivement proposée à toute personne majeure). Sa situation idyllique au cœur des Graves girondines invite à la sérénité. Pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis nous vous accueillerons avec grand plaisir et vous proposerons un panier d'accueil à votre arrivée. Vous pourrez profiter de notre service conciergerie.
