Please note that this apartment is ready to live. The facade of the building is currently under construction. Cooking utensils are provided in the apartment. There is a large bed of 140 x 200 and a sofa bed of 140 x 200 cm. The apartment is equipped with a bathroom and toilet located inside the apartment. It was renovated in May 2021. A cot can be provided on request (10 euros per day). The additional costs for this apartment are: - A service pack of 30 € (including a set of linen, a single household on arrival and some household products). - Insurance of 11 € (see general conditions). - A city tax per night and per adult is imposed by the City of Paris.
