The apartment is a spacious two-bedroom apartment comprising an entrance hall, living room, fitted kitchen and 2 bedrooms, one with a mezzanine. The rooms: In the first bedroom, you will find a 140x190 bed with 7 ideal comfort points for the back. In the mezzanine you will find 2 beds 90x190 on the floor. The second bedroom is equipped with two 2 single beds 90x190 with the possibility of joining them to make a large bed of 160x190. Finally you will find in the living room a sofa convertible into a 140x190 bed that can accommodate two adults. Living rooms: The kitchen and living room are downstairs and the bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. Therefore the apartment can accommodate up to 8 travelers. The apartment is fully furnished to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Bed linen provided (sheets, towel, duvet). The kitchen is fully equipped with the addition of a hot drink breakfast area offered with tea and coffee. Bathroom with bathtub. You will have very high speed wifi to work on your professional files or explore the good corners of the city. The apartment is located on the first floor of a small, very quiet property. You will love the charm of the exposed beams, its high ceilings and the view of the Sarthe. For your comfort, you can enter the apartment independently thanks to a secure box.
