With us you can spend your next vacation in peace and relaxation. In a rural, idyllic location is our completely rebuilt farmhouse on a 10000 m² plot with very beautiful pond, lawn and terrace. A grill pavilion and ample parking is available directly at the house. It is only 2.5 km to the A 31 driveway no. 12 Jemgum, to the city center of the county town of Leer with the lovingly restored old town and a beautiful harbor promenade it is only 5.0 km. At a distance of one to two km you will find: Shops, dike walks, swimming in the lake, horseback riding, fishing, good food and the international dollar route. For rentals less than 3 nights, a surcharge applies. Bed linen included, please bring your own towels Our approx. 60 m² apartments are comfortably furnished and each have a living room of approx. 30 m² with a seating area, dining area, fully equipped kitchenette (with microwave and oven), digital SAT-TV and telephone with own telephone number. Internet access (W-LAN) possible. The two bedrooms per apartment are equipped with box spring beds and can be used as double or twin rooms. The bathroom with shower and toilet has a spacious mirror cabinet with plenty of storage space (and hair dryer). The separate laundry room with washer, dryer and dishwasher can be used by all guests.

In ländlich, idyllischer Lage steht unser komplett umgebautes Bauernhaus auf einem 10000 m² großen Grundstück mit sehr schöner Teichanlage, Liegewiese und Terrasse. Ein Grillpavillon und ausreichend Parkplätze direkt am Haus stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung. Zur A 31 Auffahrt Nr. 12 Jemgum sind es nur 2,5 km, bis zur Stadtmitte der Kreisstadt Leer mit der liebevoll restaurierten Altstadt und einer wunderschönen Hafenpromenade sind es nur 5,0 km. In einer Entfernung von einem bis zwei km finden Sie: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Deichwanderungen, Bademöglichkeiten im Badesee, Reiten, Angeln, gute Gastronomie und die internationale Dollardroute. Bei Vermietung von weniger als 3 Nächten ist ein Aufpreis zu zahlen. Bettwäsche inklusive, Handtücher bitte mitbringen

    Sie verlassen die BAB 31an der Abfahrt Jemgum Nr. 12. Sie fahren dann rechts in Richtung Leer. In Bingum nehmen Sie die dritte Straße rechts die Ziegeleistraße (Wegweiser Dorfgemeinschaftshaus / Bingumgaste) ca. 250m gerade aus dann halb rechts in die Bingumgaster Straße. Nach ca. 1km hinter dem Ortsschild Bingumgaste rechts in den Jemgumer Weg. Hier finden Sie uns im ersten Haus rechts Nr. 6. Zum Parkplatz bitte 2. Einfahrt benutzen.
