The apartment is located north of Syracuse, in a sober and peaceful residential context. It boasts a strategic location as it is close to both the motorway and the historic center. The complex in which it is located stands on the ancient Dionigian walls. It boasts an evocative view of the north coast of Syracuse. It consists of 3 rooms plus garden and terrace. Of which a living area with equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. It is newly built and equipped with outdoor parking for exclusive use. The apartment boasts an eclectic style, with a coherent blend of modern and rustic elements. Sobriety is the key word. Among the services offered by the apartment include: air conditioning, heating, LCD TV, Wi-Fi and washing machine. From the terrace it is possible to admire splendid sunrises that rise on the coasts of the city. The strategic location of the complex offers the availability of innumerable services for guests, including: bars, restaurants, supermarkets. It is also very easy to reach, especially for those coming from the Catania airport. In total, the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people

I am originally from the city of Syracuse but I have been out for work for several years. I love traveling, especially on motorbikes. I am a very curious person and I am fascinated by cultures, customs and traditions. I want to open the doors of my house to give the possibility to live a suggestive and exciting experience to travelers who are going to explore my beautiful island that has so much to offer. From the millenary culture, to the breathtaking landscapes, up to the mediteranean dishes handed down from centuries of history.
