El Caserío apartments located in a gated community with large green areas, swimming pool and viewpoint to Los Locos beach, Suances, Cantabria. We have two types of duplex apartments and studios. Duplex Apartments On the ground floor, they have a living room with an integrated kitchen, a sofa bed and a full bathroom, a flat-screen TV in a living area and a bedroom. On the second floor, master bedroom. All apartments have a terrace. Studio apartments They have an integrated kitchen, living area with sofa bed, sleeping area and bathroom. In the year 1961 we started making hospitality our way of life. In the small restaurant that we opened next to the lighthouse of Suances, we put our illusions and our desire to prosper. And on the way we started, customers became friends and contributing their work, and the idea before, became what is now El Caserío, our restaurant became large, later the hotel was built and finally the aparthotels . If you see all this as we see it, here you will find our projects turned into reality to the basis of work effort and the impulse that makes you want to overcome and always offer the best. Suances is a municipality and municipal capital of the autonomous community of Cantabria (Spain) located on the western coast of that region. It limits to the north with the Cantabrian Sea, to the west with Santillana del Mar, to the south with Polanco and to the east with the estuary of San Martín de la Arena, mouth of the rivers already linked Saja and Besaya. On the other side of the estuary of San Martín de la Arena is the beach of Cuchía in the municipality of Miengo.
