Description

The apartments are in a typical and historic house of the neighborhood. It is a unique neighborhood and is protected by its architectural peculiarities and its beauty. In the facades of many houses you can see a very representative work of Valencian ceramics. Formerly it was a fishing village, but soon it became an area of interest as a place of rest and leisure. It is next to the Royal Navy, a unique space where you can enjoy with the family activities, cuisine and large areas. In addition to the historic buildings such as the customs and the clock building you can see the new architecture with buildings such as the Veles i Vents. The area is constantly being renovated and offers a wide variety of leisure activities for the family. The old area of the America Cup is being renovated to offer a unique experience by the sea. There is a wide variety of varied cuisine.

We are a couple that has put a lot of effort into creating these two rooms with a unique atmosphere. For the management of the apartments, our friend David, who will take care of giving the keys, give us recommendations to find the best restaurants in the area and control that everything is perfect.
