The flat is next to the Quart tower, an emblematic place of the beautiful city of Valencia, close to the metro station Angel Quimera and different transport lines, it is newly renovated, newly furnished and has a large balcony to enjoy the view of the Quart towers and its surroundings. Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary for a good stay. It is on the 3rd floor WITHOUT LIFT. It is a few minutes walk from the old town centre and about 20 minutes from the beach by metro.

A newly refurbished flat in a very nice old building in the city and with view to the Quart towers. Good transport connections and also within walking distance to all parts of the city centre. The area being central has a great variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets close by.
