Calleja La Pimentera is a Tourist Holiday Home located in the Historic Centre of Cordoba (Spain), in the surroundings of the Jewish Quarter, next to the most emblematic monuments of the city: Mosque, Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos, Synagogue, Roman Bridge, etc... being located in the heart of this beautiful city. The name of this house has different nomenclatures of the area. It was part of the Hostal La Calleja, having its entrance in San Fernando street. It was one of the three cul-de-sacs of the Calle Caldereros in the late Middle Ages, and is located where women dedicated to the sale of spices lived, perhaps hence the nickname La Pimentera. We have 6 different rooms: Flat, Studios and Rooms, all designed for travelling alone, with family, as a couple or with friends. A quiet and cosy space, mixing recycled spaces with comforts so that the client feels at ease during their stay. In the surroundings you will find various services for your comfort (restaurants, parking, supermarkets, shops, etc.). Our exceptional treatment at check in time will make you know the best activities and services to make your stay unforgettable!!!.


Our trajectory was born in 2000 when with El Reposo de Bagdad our customers began to know us for our close treatment, our different rooms with a special decoration in each room, making guests feel a warm and comfortable place. Years later, El Antiguo Convento was born, very close to our current location, where the rooms had their own personality and where thanks to our patio, our guests became friends, after enjoying coffee or tea with us and listening to stories about Cordoba and that emblematic building, that spirit of closeness, warmth and complicity has been with us ever since. In Calleja La Pimentera we propose a new way of staying in the city, unique in Cordoba, where everyone is welcome, creating a diverse and respectful community with the environment, we can define ourselves as a gayfriendly and ecofriendly place. Moreover, we like to advise you about Cordoba, we are not just receptionists, we are hosts of our home, which is now, yours. We want you to feel at home.
