We Love the spacious and relaxing 2 King size bedrooms, the closeness of Duthie Park & David Welch Winter Gardens, the Fully Equipped Kitchen with Granite Worktops, the supply of freshly laundered Bed linen & towels, the on-demand hot water & great shower, the provision of housekeeping service for longer visits, the Smart TV for relaxing after a day exploring or working at the large dining table. We also love the dog-friendly apartment with garden area and local shop & pub or two. Our homely 2 bed, one bath apartment is quiet & cosy and comfortable with some stylish touches. This is a self-contained apartment, with your own private front door and no internal communal space. On entry through the front door, located at the rear of the property there are internal private stairs taking you to the first-floor accommodation. As a key bonus for a city-centre property it has readily available on-street parking which is free, yes no cost for this, and no inconvenience of obtaining and displaying permits. Ferryhill is peaceful sought after location close to Aberdeen City centre - it is 1 mile to Malls, Cinemas, Museums, City Restaurants, Train & Bus station

We also love the dog-friendly apartment with garden area and local shop & pub in close walking distance. Our homely two-bedroom apartment is quiet, cosy, spacious and comfortable with some stylish touches. This is a self-contained apartment, with your own private front door and no internal communal space. On entry through the front door, located at the rear of the property there are internal private stairs taking you to the first-floor living accommodation. As a key bonus for a city center property it has readily available on street parking which is free, yes no cost for this and no inconvenience of obtaining and displaying permits. Everyone enjoys a city break at times, and for us the location of our City Apartment with rural charm is as important as if we were in the countryside. Despite being central and the convenience of city living we know the importance of a deep restful nights sleep and the enjoyment of plentiful green space around you. Ferryhill is sought after for these reasons and we’re delighted to be able to provide this cosy, peaceful hideaway for our guests and their four-legged friends in the city.
James and Louise of Speyside Cottages, putting a face behind our business, which we literally started building in 2016 with The Milking Sheds, Dufftown our first development . City Apartment in Aberdeen - it is outside of their region for ‘Speyside’ Cottages, however, Louise is from Aberdeen, they know it well & the city remains very close to their hearts. As the city nearest to Dufftown, their home, it is a great addition and stopover for guests that would like to break the journey as they travel into the Scottish Highlands. Of course, the apartment can & is enjoyed purely for the city break it is without ever setting foot into Moray, Speyside! James & Louise love to know their guests have enjoyed their stay. Whether this is helping to make plans in advance, connecting guests with local businesses for authentic experiences, or making sure a milestone celebration is marked on their arrival.
