We are an Adults only family run small guesthouse and our aim to make you, as our guests, feel relaxed, comfortable and that little bit special during your stay with us. Ascot House offers guests ROOM ONLY STAYS and has retained period splendor with modern comforts. Situated only a 2 minute walk from the splendid Victorian promenade in the quiet, tree lined roads and avenues of Craig-y-Don. There is also the added bonus of free on-street parking normally being available to our frontage allowing you to forget the stress’s of driving and truly relax without the worry of traffic wardens. All our rooms are offered as room only & our rooms are tastefully decorated to a very high standard with all modern comforts you would expect of four star guest accommodation including a full hospitality tray, LCD TV, , hairdryer and some little extras to make you feel that little bit special! Ascot House has a tranquil atmosphere, and is the ideal place to relax and unwind whether you are on holiday or on business in North Wales, being only a short level walk from the town center, seafront and conference center. We pride ourselves on providing genuine warmth, hospitality, good quality rooms, and high levels of service and great value.

Accessibility

A level approach is afforded to the Guest House from all directions. The entrance to the Guest House is via two open gateposts 39inch wide. A 12 feet long level paved path leads to 2 small steps 5inch high to a door 32inch wide, which leads into the Guest House vestibule 72inch long and 93inch wide. Double doors 46inch wide lead to reception 88inch long and 72inch wide at its widest point narrowing to 62inch at its narrowest. A door 31 wide leads into the guest sitting and dining room. The remainder of the hotels bedrooms are on the first and second floors the stairs, (30 wide) consist of 18 steps to the first floor and 17 to the second floor with 1 turn on the first set and two turns on the second set. A handrail runs continuously from the ground floor to the second floor. Assistance is always freely available upon request to ensure our guests enjoyment at all times.     Exit at junction 19 A55 and take the last exit on the roundabout signposted A470 Llandudno.Stay on this road proceeding straight on over 3 roundabouts for approximately 5 miles.At the 4th and largest roundaboutTake the 4th exit signposted Craig - Y - Don.Proceed along this road (Queens Road) passing the park and leisure centre for approximately 1 mile until you reach the tee junction at the Craig Y Don shops.Turn right onto Mostyn Street and after 100 yards turn left into Carmen Sylva Road.
