At the St Hilary we aim to support local business, ensure best environmental practice and cater to all requirements and desires, while providing a high quality, relaxing and memorable stay with friendly and helpful staff who strive to make you feel, at your 'home from home'. As far as possible, we support local business through the provision of locally sourced Welsh food, drink, and other products provided during your stay. We have recently put in further changes, to ensure best environmental practice: e.g. providing refillable glass water bottles (completely emptied and washed on changeover), coffee, tea, and sugar in glass jars, and many more examples like this, to reduce the use of none reuseable/recyclable plastics, as well as making changes in other areas of the business. We cater for all dietary requirements, including intolerances, allergies and preferences. We already provide a varied menu for vegetarians and vegans with no less than 6 varieties of sausage, and we have none dairy milk. We are always happy to, provide for any specific requirement if pre-ordered, provide extra if requested, and cook your bacon or any other item, any way you like it: just ask.
