We have 2 double rooms with ensuite facilities. Our double ensuite rooms have recently been refurbished and include coffee/tea making facilities and flat screen TVs.
The Seaview is run by landlord Michael Oliver with his brother, Chef Tony providing delicious breakfasts for guests and dinners for customers.
Although dating back to the 1800s, the Seaview has enjoyed major refurbishment over the years but still retains the traditional pub feel. Michael ensures a warm, cosy welcome with a roaring open fire in the winter and a range of good beers and panoramic views over Falmouth estuary. We are dog-friendly and even have a basket of biscuits for visiting dogs! The front terrace seating is a wonderful spot to sit and watch the world go by inluding the local harbour activities.
Upstairs in the kitchen Chef Tony prides himself on his range of traditional home cooking, using wherever possible, locally and ethically sourced ingredients.
We have an extensive menu and regular specials available, including Fish & Chip Fridays and a popular Sunday carvery (seasonal) with four to five different meats and as many vegetables as you can manage! During the winter months the carvery tends to be popular so booking is advisable. Please see our kitchen section for service times.
We have three en suite rooms above the pub, all with spectacular harbour views. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy their breakfast sausage each morning during your stay. The Inn is also served by a wifi system and free broadband. Car parking is available on the street outside and is free and unrestricted.
The Seaview prides itself on providing good beers, lagers, ciders and spirits including an extensive gin selection. We always have a local real ale on offer as well as one or two guest ales and our beer supply lines are cleaned regularly, we have even been awarded a special certificate for Exceptional Beer Line cleaning.
Falmouth is a buzzing beachside town, with a colourful maritime history, busy docks, local watersports, breathtaking walks, a thriving art scene and all round friendly atmosphere, so why not pay us a visit and take it in.
The Seaview Inn is directly above the main shopping street in Falmouth. If walking in the direction of Prince of Wales pier towards the Maritime Museum, events Square and Docks, take any right turn up alleyways before you reach the church, and go up to the terrace above - the pub will be obvious.
The nearest railway station is Falmouth Town, about 0.3 miles away, although Penmere Halt is not much further.
