What a great property for large groups sharing....Blue Bay house has a big, open-plan living space overlooking the ocean, perfect for getting together to eat, catch up, play and relax. There are 8 comfortable en suite sea view rooms when you need a little space for your self. It is the kind of laid back, unpretentious beach house where you feel instantly at home, whether you are planning a fun break with friends or a brilliant family party. The location is exceptional - on the cliffs above unspoilt Mawgan Porth beach, with mesmerising views across the bay. A huge decking area flanked by lawns and furnished by tables, chairs and barbecue takes full advantage of the idyllic position. Blue Bay is a peaceful spot on a narrow lane; it is very quiet and safe for children. It has a laundry room and TV room with full sky movies and sports packages on a 40inch smart TV. This property gives you self catering with a big difference. If you are planning a landmark family occasion or simply hanker after some added luxury, we offer a selection of dining packages, from gorgeous home-made ready meals to full catered menus for special breakfasts, lunches and dinners courtesy of James our award winning chef.

Blue Bay House is situated on the cliffs above Mawgan Porth beach. Large two-storey four bedroom beach house with additional five garden rooms sleeping up to 22 people, on the cliffs with sea views from almost every room. The kind of laid-back, unpretentious beach house where you'll feel instantly at home, whether you're planning a fun break with friends or a brilliant family party. Large open-plan living area with extensive sea views. Tables and chairs to seat up to 22 Sitting area with sofas and a feature bar. Cosy television den with 40 inch LED smart internet television, Sky sports and Movies package. Commercial-style kitchen with 5 gas rings,oven and grill, microwave, four fridges, small free-standing freezer and 2 dishwashers - ideal when cooking for large groups. Utility room with washer and dryer. Central heating and Wi-Fi throughout. Hairdryers, iron and board and high chairs are all provided. Sleeping: Family bedroom with sea view, double bed, twin narrow single beds (6ft 3 x 2ft 10). Ensuite shower room. Double bedroom with door opening onto courtyard garden. Room for an extra single bed if required. Ensuite shower room. Family suite with sea views comprising double room, separate twin room and bathroom with bath and shower. Double garden room with sea views and patio doors onto the decking area. Ensuite bathroom with shower over bath. Second double garden room with sea views and patio doors onto the decking area. Ensuite bathroom with shower over bath. Family suite comprising one twin en-suite room, one king ensuite room and a private conservatory-style lounge with sea view and doors opening onto the decking area. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions with built in DVD players and Freeview boxes and tea- and coffee- making facilities. Outside: Parking for up to 10 cars. Secluded courtyard garden. Heated outdoor 'surf' shower. Surf racks. Sea-view decking area with chairs, tables, barbecue and fire pit.

Not specifically designed for guests with disabilities ,but only 1 step through front door and the rest of building on 1 level with 5 bedrooms on ground floor,walk in showers in 2 ground floor rooms .

    From A30 follow signs to Newquay Airport ,go past airport to "T" junction ,turn right towards Mawgan Porth.Follow road into Mawgan Porth go over bridge follow road up hill ,ignore Blue Bay Lodges sign ,keep going round hairpin bend .At Bedruthan Hotel turn into car park ,hang right past front door ,follow lane through car park ,Blue Bay House is the 4 house on the right .
