Description

In the heart of the picturesque village of Veryan famous for the Roundhouses on Roseland Peninsula is Elerkey Guest House, a delightful family run country house set in its own beautiful grounds with ample off road parking. We are approx one mile from beaches and coast paths. Eden Project, National Trust properties and Heligan are close by. Elerkey offers AA**** Rated En-suite B & B, where hospitality and service are exemplary. We also have an art gallery where Harvey sells his original paintings and prints, along with hand-made Jewellery, cards and gifts. The bedrooms are light and airy, and equipped with an emphasis on high quality and comfortable accommodation ensuring visitors have a wonderful, relaxing haven from which to explore Cornwall. Each room has a hospitality tray, television, hair dryer, a selection of toiletries are provided and ironing facilities are also available. Rooms are freshened daily for this service we ask the rooms to be available by 10.30am. Elerkey has one twin, two double and one family room all with en-suite facilities They all have central heating, ideal for any season. Breakfast is served in the beautiful spacious dining room. An extensive menu is available offering a Traditional English Breakfast along with a substantial continental and vegetarian alternative. Everything is freshly prepared and cooked for you to enjoy using free range eggs, fresh fruit and locally sourced food where possible.

Accessibility

Elerkey has one step and a door threshold to access the property, followed by a small step from the lobby into the Hall. Portable ramps are available. The Lounge, Dining Room and Gallery are all on ground floor. All guest bedrooms are on the 1st floor. To access them you have a normal flight of stairs (12 stairs) a small landing followed by 4 more stairs. The staircase has handrails.

  • Road from A 390 (12.0 miles)
    St Austell leave A390 by taking the left fork off the bypass onto B3287 signed Tregony and St Mawes. Or From Truro Take A390 through Tresillian onto bypass turn right onto A3078 signed Tregony, Veryan & St Mawes. Both Routes Follow signs to St Mawes approx 3 miles until signpost Veryan just after Texaco Garage bear left to Veryan following brown signs into Veryan Green then Veryan. Elerkey is in the centre of the village 1st left after water gardens and church. Opposite New Inn
