The apartment has been recently renovated to an exceptional standard with new kitchen and appliances, complete with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, new flooring and carpeting throughout. It features a bonus outdoor seating area on the balcony which has been covered with artificial grass and pretty flower boxes - perfect for summer nights! The apartment is on the second floor which can be accessed by the stairs or the lift. 1 min walk to bus stop – 9a bus will take you into the city centre 3 min walk to Balmoral train stop 0.5 miles to Boucher Playing Fields (popular concert venue) and Boucher Shopping Village 6.5 miles from Belfast City airport 15 miles from Belfast International airport Walking distance to all the Lisburn Road has to offer including top bars, restaurants, coffee shops, clothing boutiques and more. We are 3 min walk to a fantastic Eurospar which offers a great hot food selection (served until 2pm) and freshly baked breads. Located in a small apartment complex with a private, gated car park. Upon booking confirmation, you will receive details on how to access the car park.
