The Donegall Road is one of the main access links to South Belfast from the motorway network. The road itself offers many amenities from a Fuel Forecourt, General Stores, Fast Food Outlets, Off Sales, Bars, Taxi Offices and much more. Northern Ireland`s boucher road is located a few minutes around the corner, famous for its many retail parks with many big brand stores present. From the newly refurbished National football stadium, swimming pool, fashion stores to Ferrari showrooms, it offers something for everyone. Belfast City & Royal Hospitals are both within minutes walk of the property. Musgrave Hospital, Ulster Independent Clinic and Kings Bridge Private Hospital are all located within minutes commute by car and can be accessed via both rail and bus with local public transport links available within the immediate vicinity. Belfast`s vibrant Lisburn Road, South Belfast is a few minutes commute away and offers an excellent array of coffee shops, bars, restaurants and boutiques.
