Aurora North Coast Information

Description

Aurora is located just a mile away from the world famous Giant's Causeway, a UNESCO Heritage site and 1.5 miles from the historic village of Bushmills. It occupies a truly magical vantage point on the tip of the North Antrim Coast and provides a perfect getaway for golfers, surfers and foodies alike. Steeped in breath taking natural and geological heritage this unspoilt environment attracts thousands of visitors each year and boasts endless local attractions, from sport and leisure to food and drink, all against the stunning backdrop of the Atlantic shoreline. Painstakingly build by hand, Aurora's 5 star log cabins are unique in Ireland and truly awesome to behold. Ulex Set on an elevated site with uninterrupted sea views, Ulex's deluxe interior has a boutique feel, perfect for romantic escapes and mini-moons. This two-bedroom cabin has a bijou bunk room, a stunning master bedroom with its adjoining bathroom complete with free standing copper roll-top bath from where you can enjoy views across to Rathlin Island while you take an indulgent soak. Designed to maximise the beauty of this stunning setting, Ulex also features a generous verandah with your own private hot tub - a dreamy place to watch the sun go down on another beautiful North Coast evening. Salix The larger of the two cabins; Salix enjoys views out over the Atlantic towards Rathlin Island and features two bedrooms, one with zip-link beds for versatility, making this an ideal choice for families and couples alike. Relaxed, open plan living defines the shared spaces within the cabin, which have been designed to showcase the incredible beauty and scale of the Western Red Cedar logs. 1100 sq ft of luxury living space is completed with the addition of dual ensuite bathrooms, a full-length verandah and your own private hot tub.

From the outset, this extraordinary location demanded a unique approach, and after extensive research, your hosts, Pearl and Archie settled on Log Cabins handcrafted from Canadian Western Red Cedar by Pioneer Log Homes in British Columbia; the first of their kind anywhere in Ireland. The 8th generation of their family to have lived on the North Coast, Pearl and Archie will be delighted to share their local knowledge so that you truly maximise your stay.
