A stunning brand new 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Portrush, just 2 minutes walk from the train station and bus stop. This apartment has been recently decorated and has views out to sea and Donegal. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, one double with ensuite and large walk in shower and a twin room, both bedrooms have ample storage space. There is also a sofa bed in the living area for additional guests. A large kitchen/dining/living space give the perfect space for family living with double doors leading out to a large communal terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and large freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has both a bath and shower, perfect for families. Heating and hot water controls are easily worked with an electric boiler.

There is also a sofa bed in the living area for additional guests. A large kitchen/dining/living space give the perfect space for family living with Juliet balcony and a large communal terrace is available for all guests in the small apartment block to use. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and large freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a combined bath and shower, perfect for families. Heating and hot water controls are easily worked with an electric boiler. We aim to provide a home from home environment and have provided all the amenities we would expect when staying in a coastal apartment.

Description

We offer 2 brand new & modern 2-bedroom apartments located in the heart of Portrush, just 2 minutes walk from the train station and bus stop. The apartments both have 2 spacious bedrooms, one double with ensuite and large walk in shower and a twin room. There are also sofa beds in the living area for additional guests. Large kitchen/dining/living spaces give the perfect space for family living with patio doors from one apartment leading on to a large terrace with sea views, whilst the other offers a juliet balcony. A communal terrace is located on the first floor for the use of all apartments. Both apartments are located in the newly built Dunluce View apartment complex, with the very popular onsite restaurant Urban on site, we are delighted to be able to offer our guests 10% discount at this amazing restaurant during their stay. Parking is available on-street outside the apartment, Dunluce Avenue carpark is adjacent to the apartment complex and Sandhill Drive car park is just a short 5-minute walk. Please note as the apartments are located in the center of Portrush there may be some noise from neighbouring restaurants and bars at busy times. Minimum age for lead guest is 25

Train from Belfast (60.0 miles)

To travel from Belfast to Portrush, regular trains run from both Central and Great Victoria Street stations to Portrush, stopping at Antrim, Ballymena, Cullybackey, Ballymoney and Coleraine. The journey takes about 1.5 hours and the train station in Portrush is located just around the corner from the apartments, a 2 minute walk.
Road from Belfast (60.0 miles)

To travel from Belfast by car take the M2 Northbound, following directions for Ballymena, then follow directions for Ballymoney/Portrush. The apartment is located in the centre of Portrush, directions will be sent prior to arrival.
