    How to find us
    Newcastle, County Down, lies in the South-East
    of the Province, 30 miles South of Belfast on the
    A24 and 85 miles north from Dublin. Situated on
    the Irish Sea coast on the shores of Newcastle Bay.




  • Bus from Belfast (30.0 miles)

    By Bus
    Approximately 1 hour by bus from Newry. A regular
    service operates from Belfast. Journey time 1 hour
    20 minutes.

  • Air from Belfast (30.0 miles)

    George Best Belfast City Airport:
    Situated 3 miles outside of Belfast. Follow signs onto
    the A2 and travel North to join the A55. Travel South
    West on the A55 and join the A24. Continue South
    on the A24. At Clough the road changes to the A2,
    follow this road south towards Newcastle.  Approximately 1 hour

    Belfast International Airport:
    Situated 19 miles from the centre of Belfast.
    Follow signs onto the A52 and travel east to join the
    B101 at Nutts Corner. Travel South towards Lisburn
    and then take the A49 at Lisburn. Continue southbound
    on the A49 to Ballynahinch. At Ballynahinch take the
    A24 which takes you to Clough. At Clough take the A2
    southbound and follow signs to Newcastle.
