A detached house at Carus Green Golf Club, under a mile from Kendal and just two miles to the Lake District National Park. Windermere is approximately 15 minutes drive away. Overlooking the Carus Green Golf Course and the first tee, with views beyond to the Lake District fells. This beautifully presented house for up to ten people will be sure to delight everyone who stays. If you enjoy golf you will love the half price green fees available. If golf isn't for everyone you can enjoy lots of other activities while staying at Carus House. Enjoy fabulous meals or afternoon tea at the beautiful on-site restaurant, delicious drinks in the bar or enjoy the large outdoor terrace. Set over three floors Carus House is spacious and finished to a high standard. On entering the lobby the second reception room can be found on the left. This room is beautifully designed with a 55 inch TV and full Sky package, it's the ideal room for the family to enjoy films and sport or for children to have as a separate space. Also on the ground floor there are three individually designed super king or twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. The en-suites have rain showers, underfloor heating and are fully tiled. The 3 bedrooms all have TVs with the full Sky package and one of them has doors leading to to the garden and a seating area. In addition to the second lounge and three bedrooms you'll find the large and well equipped utility room on the ground floor. The double oak staircase leads to the first floor. On one side of the first floor there's a large bedroom with views across to Kendal, this bedroom has it's own beautifully designed en-suite shower room. On the other side of the first floor you'll find the large open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a further bedroom.

Description

Situated within the grounds of Carus Green Golf Club and offering some of the best views of the golf course, this stunning contemporary house can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bath or shower rooms. There is a fantastic open plan lounge with wall to wall windows overlooking the first tee, leading onto the dining area and modern kitchen with enclosed outside dining patio. On the top floor, there is an expansive master suite with large dressing area and a superb master bathroom. This property has been designed to a high specification, beautiful décor and has a bright and spacious and luxurious feel.

With lots of natural light and outside seating, Carus House offers modern luxury and the ultimate experience in stylish and homely surroundings. The large, open plan kitchen/ dining room leads on to the terrace overlooking the golf course and Lakeland Hills.
