Cambrian House has 10 newly refurbished En-suite bedrooms, a choice of single, double, twin bedded, family and four poster.We also have a Ground Floor/ Dog Friendly Family Room which can only be booked direct on 01978 861418 All our bedrooms have T.V, hairdryers, tea/coffee facilities and central heating. Our dining room has separate tables for individual bookings for your Full Welsh, Vegetarian or Gluten Free breakfast. Served from 8.00am-9..15am daily The house is non-smoking throughout, with a fully fitted fire system. Guest can enjoy FREE Wi-Fi and parking available for 1 car per room ( larger vehicles must be booked in before arrival to guarantee Parking) PARKING & CHECK IN SLOTS WILL NEED BOOKING VIA 01978861418 Llangollen is the "Gateway to Wales". Set in the picturesque Dee Valley. This beautiful town hosts thousands of tourists every year. The town boasts a steam railway, 17th Century "Ladies of Llangollen", Plas Newydd House, the 13th Century remains of Castle Dinas Bran, Vale Crucis Abbey is situated on the outskirts of town. The Langollen Canal is always worth a visit with horse drawn boats and motorized ones to take you over the Famous Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, which is now a "World Heritage Site". The World-renowned International Eisteddfod is held in Llangollen every July. Llangollen attracts walkers and canoeists, and is also ideal for shooting, hand gliding, pony trekking, rock climbing and fishing on the spectacular River Dee.

Accessibility

The House is nearly 200 years old and there are 2/3 steps to enter the building All accommodation is on the first and second floors of the house which can only be accessed by the stairs. Please contact us direct for ground floor accommodation

Directions

  • Road from the North (10.0 miles)
    From the North - M6 South on to the M56 to Chester. Take Junction 15 onto the M53 then A55 Expressway, take Junction for Wrexham A483, once past Wrexham take the A539 for Llangollen. On entering the town turn left over the river and up to the traffic lights. Turn right and we are 100yds on the right.
  • Road from The South (10.0 miles)
    From the South - M6 North, take Junction 10A onto the M54 then A5 to Shrewsbury. Follow the signs past Shrewsbury and Oswestry and onto Llangollen. Continue on the A5 across the traffic lights and we are 100yds on the right.
