Poole's Cavern is a 2 million year old, natural limestone cave situated in the beautiful woodland of Buxton Country Park. One of the great caves of the Peak District. Other attractions in the Peak District include Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Penine Way and Castleton Caverns.

Head west on Station Rd/A53 toward Palace Rd for 0.1 mi. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto The Quadrant/A515. Continue to follow A515 and destination will be on the right.

From Station Road you can take the following buses: 58, 65, 66,77, 185, 186, 190, 199 and 442. Exit the bus at market place (stop D). From there it is about a two minutes walk
