All apartments feature an open plan living/dining space with a fully equipped kitchen and balcony, free secure parking as standard. There is free secure parking on site for all apartments. We Nestled between the spires of the city’s cathedral, the shopping boutiques, bars, restaurants and the major business centres. our guests are provided with a luxury experience that will be sure to accommodate all their needs. The properties are located in a key location, in the heart of the city centre, making the property only walking distance from all of the City Centre amenities, including an endless amount of shops, bars and restaurants. For those of you who are on a Business trip - we are ideally located for easy access to the A50, A38 and M1. Just a10 minute drive away to all the major business parks including Rolls Royce, Bombardier, JCB and Toyota. Royal Derby Hospital is just a short drive away. East Midland Airport and Donnington park is Only a 30 minute drive away. Covid safety procedures are in place, including regular deep cleans, and hand sanitiser stations.
