This completely renovated house is now a home from home with all the modern conveniences required for todays life style. It's conveniently situated in Ilkeston, half way between Nottingham and Derby, and a stones throw away from the town centre.     IMPORTANT On first arrival, please follow these instructions:
    The front of the house has no parking so, follow these instructions to approach the house from the rear.
    IF using Sat Nav, or similar, follow route for DE7 8LZ.
    Approach from Cotmanhay Road and turn onto Duke Street. Take the 1st left onto Nelson Street and then 2nd left entering Keppel Court. ( Do not take 1st left )
    You will then find the rear of the house, it’s the 4th on the left, easily recognisable by the concrete drive and wrought iron gates.
    First you will need to collect the key from the Keysafe which is on the wall to the right-hand side of the house door.
