For a memorable visit to Exeter, whether for business or pleasure, we are a superb base close to all that Exeter has to offer. We are just a few minutes walk from the city centre, yet we are a tranquil retreat for the quiet moments when your day of activity is over. Housed within a beautiful Grade II listed townhouse, we offer comfortable accommodation, in Exeter’s city centre. We offer single beds, twin beds, double beds, king beds, and family rooms; both ensuite and non-ensuite. You can choose from a variety of breakfast options. Our continental breakfast includes an array of croissants, local Devonshire cheeses and fresh fruits, accompanied by our very own home-made jams. We offer a delicious Full English, and also have the option of omelettes, which are cooked fresh to order.

Accessibility

The Bendene Townhouse is a Georgian Grade II listed building with access straight from the road to the reception area, the breakfast room and 1 ground floor bedroom. All other bedrooms are up stairs located on 3 floors. We do not have a lift in place. All four bedrooms at the top of the property have one bed located under a sloping ceiling, all four rooms have full head room. In rooms 16, 7, 10, 20, 5, 6 there is a step into the shower cubicle. Information about the size of the step can be obtained by contacting us.

    A 6-minute walk from Exeter Central Station. Walk south-west towards Queen Street - 322 ft Turn right onto Queen Street - 0.2 mi Turn left onto Richmond Road
  • Train from Exeter St Davids Station (0.5 miles)
    The Bendene Townhouse is approx 15mins walk - some up hill. Leave the station, walk straight across the road to a footpath signposted to the City Centre, turn right at the top, this will take you up to St. David's hill. Continue up the hill to a mini roundabout, take the right exit, and continue until you reach a laundrette on your left side. Turn left into Richmond Road. You will find the Bendene Townhouse on your right approx half way along.
